Robert "Bobby B" Bartha
Age 60 Norwich ,CT
Robert passed away Aug. 7th at Backus hospital after short illness. He was born May 14,1963 in Norwich to the late Andrew and Mary Bartha. He was a member of the Mohegan Tribe.
Robert worked for over 25 years with the Operating Engineers Local 478 and was part to the cleanup at ground zero after 9-11.
He was an avid NASCAR fan Bill Elliot was his favorite driver. He would travel with friends to Daytona and Dover. Few trips that are still talked about.
Robert leaves behind his brother Andy (Lisa), David, Michael, Tim (Marcy), Paul and His sister Lori with whom he lived with, also many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Wednesday August 16, 2023 from 5 to 7 PM at the Cummings-Gagne Funeral Home 82 Cliff St. Norwich, Connecticut. Burial will be private.
