Norwich – Marion Schatz , 78, of Mechanic St. died Thursday December 7, 2017 at the
Hartford Hospital.
She was born April 10, 1939 in Lawrence, MA the daughter of John A. and Sarah (Cooper)
Schatz.
Marion enjoyed being with her friends and shopping with her two daughters. She loved her cat
Zoey and her pen pals. She was loved by everyone that knew her.
She was predeceased by her parents and her son John Scriver.
Marion is survived by two daughters Sandra Carnelli and her husband Mark of Norwich, Carol
Goggin of Uncasville, two sons Steven Board of Alabama, David Board of Torrington, sister
Dorothy Baldwin of Solsberry, IN, and a grandson Zachary Lucenti. , 5 StepGrandchildren and 6
Great Grand Stepchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday December 16th between the hours of 2-4 at her
Daughter Sandras home in Norwich
