Diana Mae Gladue

Diana "Dirty D" Mae Gladue (Roberts), 54, of Norwich passed away surrounded by family on November 4 at Hartford Hospital. She was born on December 2, 1962 to Pierce and Dorothy Roberts Sr. Diana leaves behind 3 children, Richard Gladue Jr., Kimberley Gladue and Linda Easterling, her mother, Dorothy Roberts, her sister, Patricia Britt-Benoit, and her brothers, Pierce Roberts Jr. and Maurice Ray Britt. She was predeceased by her father Pierce Roberts Sr. and sister Linda Sue Roberts.
Within the last year, Diana had been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, and beat it. She was left with many health complications afterwards that ultimately lead to her passage. Diana was a fighter until the end and still managed to enjoy life despite all of the hardships she faced. She was most known for her dirty and crazy sense of humor and her giving nature. She could never turn away a person or animal in need. In her final years, she loved exploring yard sales and flea markets with her friends, her adult coloring books and her cats.
Calling hours will be Saturday November 11, 2017 from 3 to 4:30 PM at the Cummings-Gagne Funeral Home 82 Cliff Street Norwich CT with a service to follow at 4:30.
